Conditions in Le Faouet are similar to those of the south coast of England, but a few degrees warmer as a result of the warm waters of the Gulf Stream. During the summer, temperatures can reach up to around 30°C in the middle of the day, with delightfully long, warm evenings most nights. During the winter months, the weather is largely unpredictable, but remains similar to British conditions.
It could hardly be easier to reach a self catering holiday rental property in Le Faouet. Rennes Airport (ZFL) is the closest to Le Faouet accommodation, receiving fantastically cheap flights from Flybe, Ryanair and British Airways. Of course, if you would prefer to take your car, there are many ferries from the south coast of the UK to the ports of northern Brittany.
