Make A Holiday Rental Apartment in Kaysersberg, France, Your Home Away From Home

The attractive and historic town of Kaysersberg is situated in the Alsace region, in the far north-east of France. Before World War I, Kaysersberg was actually within the border of Germany, but moved into France after the war by way of a punishment. People choose to spend their holidays in Kaysersberg as it is almost like stepping back in time in this town: the medieval buildings are some of the most spectacular you are likely to see throughout this area. Also, all properties are vetted before they are offered to the public for sale and this means that you can expect a high degree of comfort and all the mod-Cons you would ever need.

A beautiful appartment in a beautiful town.

5 of 5
We, an elderly couple, stayed in the upper apartment for 2 weeks, and cannot recommend the property highly enough. For us it was perfect. The description was accurate, the owners delightful, the equipment superb and we wanted for nothing. We had the use of the garage [no charge] and made full use of the spacious sunny terrace. M Messier speaks adequate English and his daughter is fluent. For more detail on each of the 2 apartments look on the owner's own web site - http://locationkb@free.fr We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Kaysersberg is typical of most towns on the Route des Vins, scenic, almost traffic free with a very good range of shops [3 boulangeries; 2 boucherie & a small supermarket] and lots of brasseries. There are marked walking & cycling routes from the town. A grand little place.

Delightful stay at Le Grenier de Marguerite!

4 of 5
My husband, two daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Grenier de Marguerite - Nathalie was so very helpful as to suggesting area sights, wineries and restaurants - the apartment was centrally located for this. The décor was rustic and beautiful, the view of the castle was lovely from the outside patio, and restaurants, cafes and shops are a very short walk in this lovely quaint town. Thank you again Nathalie!
