  • Great location, great price

The cottage itself is a bit dated but it is an old building so it’s to be expected and we did warm to it within a few days, very pretty with everything you’ll need. The games room was a fab touch and my 7 year old loved playing pool & ping pong when we weren’t out exploring. during our stay we visited the zoo at Amiens, Disney was 1hr 30 by car, the Canadian war memorial which was beautiful & parc Saint Paul (I would recommend to any family’s, very cheap and we never waited in a queue the whole day, unlike Disney) the cottage is set in a rural area with a lot of farm land surrounding so makes for a very peaceful and relaxing get away and the owners are lovely and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  • Great family holiday

This was a family holiday three generations and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves ages from 5 years to 72 years. Quiet sleepy village so hardly any traffic. Villa set in secure position with electronic gates. The garden was enormous so the children enjoyed the space and coupled with the swimming pool they had a wow of a time. There was the hot tub for the adults to relax in and also the sauna. We visited a couple of villages nearby and also drove to Beauvais (about 35 minutes) and got the train to Paris for the day very exciting. The house is a little bit tired but then we were near the end of the season, so maybe a lick of paint will brighten it up for next year. A car is essential. We found the drive from Calais easy one toll road but again not too much traffic. Speak as we found would recommend it.
