Overall good. Spacious ground floor for communal activities. Several TVs. Three kitchens, one recently refurbished, well equipped. Bathrooms in very good order, constant hot water. WiFi worked well. Someone available on-site most of the time. Misleading description on your web-site: "linen provided", yes but only if you order it and not cheap. Beds good, but bedrooms very sparsely furnished, with almost no hanging space. Location 10 km from the nearest supermarket and no boulangerie in the village, but easy driving access to WW1 sites and Amiens, St Quentin etc

The property is in a beautiful setting, with tall trees in a lovely woodland, with birdsong, next to the garden which had plenty of sunshine but good shady places too. The property was very good with everything we needed. With 7 in the group we occupied 2 properties, one upstairs and one downstairs. Our young family were fine upstairs and older members downstairs. Only 2 slight problems - the, downstairs, bathroom had a rather deep bath. People should be advised that this could be awkward for short or older guests! the shower was fine! We had plenty of beds/ bedrooms for our party of 7 but beds in both 'sitting room' areas might be a problem for 10 people if everyone wanted privacy. The owner, who lived next door on the same site, was very friendly, helpful and kind.
