Graveson is a provincial village at the foot of the Montagnette and is a great destination for hiking, cycling and horse riding. There are some tennis courts open to the public in the area as well as golf courses such as the 18-hole Golf de Chateaublanc, which is about eight miles from Graveson. Perfect villa, great location

It is very easy for me to recommend this villa. Catherine Bernard looks after the property and was absolutely fantastic. Met us at the property at 11.30 PM to show us the basics and then came back with croissants and coffee for the full briefing the following morning. Catherine was always on hand to help with everything from adjusting the AC to providing advice on places to visit. The villa is very modern with every appliance you could wish for. The pool is large and the sun bathing terrace is extensive. It is well located on the edge of Maillane and an easy (electric) bike ride to St Remy (20mins). Avignon is also close about 20 mins by car. A great 2 week break.

A week in Provence

The flat is very well located to travel in Provence, Graveson itself is lovely with everything you need but not a tourist destination in itself. The flat is small, one room with bathroom and has everything you need and is of good quality. The communal pool is very good. Our only quibble would be that the outdoor furniture at the flat is uncomfortable after a while and discourages outdoor relaxation at the end of the day, unless you want to sit at the pool. A few more basic groceries would be welcome. Also a simple map of the village showing the route to the flat would be helpful on arrival.
