Absolutely fantastic stay.

5 of 5
The whole family ranging in age from 7 to 80 had a fabulous time staying at Poppies. The villa is perfectly situated, being close enough to a local supermarket (Casino) for some of us to walk to. We couldn't have wished for a better equipped villa, absolutely everything we needed was at hand. plenty of pots, pans and utensils. We cooked 2 kilos of moules one evening and had no problem finding a large enough pan. All the beds were really clean and very comfortable. We all had showers at various times of day and there was always plenty of hot water, even if more than one shower was being used at the same time. The location was ideal, being near enough to places we wanted to visit, such as Domme, Sarlat, Rocamadour and canoeing, yet peaceful enough to really relax. We had many an enjoyable evening meal on the patio area overlooking the pool. Poppies is one of the best holiday lets we have stayed in and really felt like home from home (though with much better weather). Paul was easily contactable and answered any queries, no matter how trivial, swiftly. Thank you for a most wonderful holiday, I am sure we will be booking Poppies again. Donna Kneller.
