If you want wonderful hosts beautiful cottage away from it all location on a small farm come to Samantha and Aluns holiday home at saint Georges montcocq. Great position for touring about Normandy beaches villages and country side. Greeted with home made bread and lemon curd and their helpfulness and warm friendliness made it one of our best ever holidays. Would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Samantha and Alun you made it for us.

What an enormous property! Lots of space for us all and the children especially liked the games facilities available - the pool table and table tennis especially. The cows and the black goat at the end of the garden and frogs in the (covered) pond added to the holiday which was peaceful in this secluded part of the lane. If I was to be picky I'd say that there are a few things that could do to be mended here and there and it would have been nice to have had clean towels half way through the holiday - we were there two weeks, although a good washing machine and separate tumble dryer were available so this wasn't too much problem for us. Monique was very friendly and accommodating - there is a part of the property that the owners use but this is secluded and in no way were they intrusive whilst we had use of the house. The pictures don't show the nice new decking outside the large living room window that really does enhance the outside space. There's lots to do in the area - the landing beaches, St Mere-eglise, Mont St Michel, Agon-Coutainville, Abbeys, the chateaux as well as the local cider, fabulous seafood, bread, cheese and wine! With the Le Clerc's less that 5 minutes drive away it made life quite easy to indulge! Thanks for a super 2 weeks - I'd recommend the property to those reading this.
