Luxurious cottage, beautiful location

Lovely 4 bedroom cottage with comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, top-class plumbing, great American fridge. The location was beautiful in a small village, next to a stream and a beautiful church with stunning views of the mountains/forests.Lots of great walks nearby. It was a very clean property (professional cleaning included as part of the very reasonable price). Despite the village the location is very isolated as no shops in this village and only 2 in the next (butchers and a bakers - a drive away). There is a restaurant in this village which we didn't visit. Nearest supermarket is about 10 mins by car. We didn't actually meet the owners but they were very attentive and pleasant when we had a query about the dishwasher. The only thing I think people should be aware of with this property is that the garden and the hot tub are completely open. The houses are built close to each other and there is no screening between the front and back garden and the roads in the village or the house next door. When I first arrived I thought that this would put me off using the hot tub but it didn't as the village is quiet at night apart from some dog walkers and I quite enjoyed the view from the hot tub. Not sure I would have gone in during the day with the cyclists and the ramblers. I did worry that it would upset the neighbours when we were in the hot tub at night so close to their windows (we were quiet) but they didn't complain and were always very friendly whenever we saw them so hopefully not. Overall I would thoroughly recommend and thank you for a lovely stay.
