Absolutely fabulous!!

What a gorgeous cottage! It is in a very pretty little hamlet. It is so typically French and the verandah is the icing on the cake. Very spacious, lovely big garden and idyllic views. Sitting on the verandah at night, looking at the little church at Vouhet lit up across the valley, (in the silence apart from frogs, crickets and owls, with a large glass of wine), is my idea of heaven. Only for you if you love tranquillity and nature. Lots of beautiful villages to visit and amazing scenery. Can't wait to come again!

We were made to feel very welcome.

We spent 4 days in this lovely cottage, which allowed us to explore this beautiful valley of La Creuse. The cottage is very comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. The children were thrilled to find favourite DVDs and board games. The owner very kindly presented us with home grown tomatoes, lettuces, aubergines, cucumbers and strawberries. We had a great stay.
