A well maintained property in a quite area. Lovely views.

The property was great and the heated pool delightful. Phillipe was very helpful. The tram is a five minute drive away and great to go into Nice.

A unique, immaculately presented, awe inspiring apartment

5 of 5
Our attention was initially held by the mesmerising view of Nice and its' harbour, from the private balcony high in the hills above the city. We were then shown into a well appointed and carefully planned apartment, with a separate kitchen, which has been created using high quality materials. The principle room is spacious and has a double aspect frontage, from which we watched the sun rise over the hillside observatory, whilst drinking our first coffee of the day. We then watched it set from the aforementioned balcony, with a glass of Cote du Rhone! Outside, the pool area would grace a five star hotel, with cooking facilities, a fridge/freezer, a hot shower and comfortable steamer chairs (frequently overlooked by other proprietors). A couple of hundred meters walk away are three restaurants and the all important boulangerie. If you find yourself exceeding your daily budget there is even a highly recommended pizza van, with a wood burning oven! To cap it all there is a bus stop almost outside the door, with a frequent service to the Henri Sappia tram terminus. You can be in Place Massena in the centre of Nice in around 25 minutes. A day pass can be purchased for 5 euros, providing unlimited travel on the buses and trams. Sonia, Sebastien and their son Alex are superb hosts, ready to give advice and impart their knowledge of the area, but always respecting their guests' privacy. Once you've experienced a stay here you might find it hard to surpass. Ann and Simon UK
