Great unit in St Andre-de-la-Roche

4 of 5
The property is modern and has everything you need with off road parking. Everything is neat, new, well kept and tidy and the owners are very friendly. It is ideal for 2 people but there is a pull out bed in the lounge if needed. There is a view out to the airport and the sea in the distance. There is a tram stop about 3 km down the hill towards Nice where you can park for free if you buy a return ticket ( 4 Euros). The ticket allows you to exit the parking. It takes about 20 minutes to the centre of Nice and about 25 to the SNCF station if you want to go further. Trams every 10 minutes. The road up to the property is very winding and narrow and requires some care.

Nice place. Good location.

4 of 5
This flat is in a good location up a hill, in a quiet area. Nonetheless, it is not too far to walk to the shops, restaurants and public transport, including the tram. Elisa and her husband were very friendly and helpful. There is a lounge area with kitchenette and dining area (table is small but adequate). Then, the bedroom. Then the bathroom. The crockery could do with replacing as it was old and chipped but, otherwise, all was OK. There is a nice garden with a table and bar-b-q. If you will be driving, don't book accommodation in Nice that doesn't have parking as you will pay heavily to park. This property does have a parking bay for use of clients although it is best to have a small car as the street is narrow and tight for access. Ours was a Volkswagen Up which was OK. We also recommend the use of a sat nav as finding this place was a challenge. We used public transport for exploring Nice and the car for exploring further afield.
