Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location!

5 of 5
This apartment is in a very secure and well appointed building. The location is perfect for a holiday in Paris whether you want to visit the landmarks or just enjoy being part of the local scene. Or both! Just outside the apartment is a bus stop and there are 4 metro stations within a 2 to 3 minute walk. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants and bistros on the doorstep with the world famous 'Chartier' restaurant in the same street. (You will need to book a table if you don't want to queue but the food and service are worth the wait!) There is also a fabulous bakery here and the fresh pastries are a must for breakfast! If you want supermarkets there are 2 very close by, Monoprix and Franprix which have everything you need. There is also a Marks and Spencer food store a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. One bedroom has a shower on suite and the other fabulous views of the street. There is also a shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The apartment is bright and airy with a well equipped kitchen. We visited from the 17th to 21st August with our 15 month old Grandson and his Mum and Dad. A cot and high chair was provided for him. Joelle and Livio provided excellent accommodation and invaluable information. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Enjoy your stay! X

Very Nice Property & Helpful Family Close to Disney

5 of 5
We drove over from the UK on "Le Shuttle" which was a very long 12 hours journey. Before arriving at the property I emailed the family asking if they could accommodate us arriving slightly early. although I didn't receive a reply, upon arrival I was given a very warm greeting by the family who were very accommodating. There was a bit of a language barrier but luckily the daughter did speak English. As this was a new build property, Google Maps did not locate it very well, may be worth including a small map for guests prior to visit as parking is at the rear of the property which wasn't initially clear when trying to find it and a lot of the property's in the area look similar. The house was VERY nice, it's a new build property with a ground floor annex which we were housed in. The hosts had bought us coffee, tea and a small selection of pastries and fruit for us on arrival. This was a nice touch. It is in a quiet location but within easy reach of the main roads, but far enough away not to hear them. A suggestion to our hosts, maybe add a small guide in differing languages so that guests know how to travel to places in the area as I was unsure about local transport and did not know where the closest shop was. I had no option than to drive. If your travelling from the UK, don't forget your plug adaptors, I forgot this but managed to find a shop nearby that sold them. The rooms were immaculate and I must congratulate the hosts on this. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. Don't forget your soap and shampoo and travel iron if your coming. Although I'm sure the hosts would have allowed us to use an iron if we had asked. Being English, I didn't want to disturb them though :) Overall I would recommend this property to anyone. I was stuck between a hotel and an OwnersDirect property and am glad that I chose this one. 5 Stars from me and I hope to visit you again in the future. Thankyou. Lee and Ash x
