Good location for a cycling holiday .Easy access to the surrounding country side ,Quiet roads and mountains .One word of warning ,be careful where you park your car at the apartment on a saturday night .The market on a sunday morning uses some of the parking bays round the square .As we discovered .Not being able to speak french didn't help in our sunday quest of to get it back .Our fault .
Apartment has all you need ,with the supermarket, chemist and news agent on your doorstep .And with the centre of town just 5 min drive away for eating out ,what more do you need .
Would have no reservations about returning to this apartment if i was in the area again .
This wonderful apartment was an absolute delight to stay in.
It is fully equipped, with all the kitchen, bathroom, linen and even entertainment essentials you need to make your stay very comfortable. It felt like being at home :-)
We were within close distance to the French Alps - less than 2 hours drive to many of the popular ski resorts like Chamonix, the famous 3 Vallées and Megève and only an hour drive to Geneva. We were also very close to the mountains, where we could go for a beautiful hike and see the amazing views of the area from on high, or experience the snow without the crowds of the 3 Vallées.
There’s a selection of supermarkets close by and other stores for any extras we needed during our stay.
The owners, Stéphanie and Renaud are more than hospitable. They were ever so kind, helpful, accommodating, friendly and made our stay so much more enjoyable.
We appreciated all they did for us and it was so great that they spoke fluent english for us non-French speaking tourists!
We had such an incredible time and were extremely sad to bid farewell.....
