  • Peaceful holiday in beautiful setting
    4 of 5

We had a lovely holiday in lovely warm sunshine with three adults and four children comfortably accommodated in the villa. It was large spacious accommodation with a nice shady terrace good for relaxing and a fire BBQ. The provisions were basic but suitable. Our dog was made very welcome too. The lake close to the house was too shallow due to the hot weather but the river nearby was spectacular and we swam and boated every day. Kayak and paddle board were provided. Nearby in the location we enjoyed a visit to Saint Guilliem and canoeing on the lake rapids. A lovely swim at Pont Du Diable. We visited Cap Adge beach and Lake Salagou. We visited Montpellier. Everything was in easy reach by car. Thank you to Nathalie for her hospitality.

Les Rochers is a lovely holiday rental. Set in woodland & it's very quiet (apart from the cicadas). Having your own pool is a big plus too as it's very hot. Most places worth a visit are accessible within one hour. The drives out are very picturesque which can make days out even longer as the photo opportunities are many! Brian was a great source of knowledge for places to visit. We particularly liked Lac Du Salagou, La Couvertoirade, Mez (although our son was stung by a jelly fish),Montpellier,Millau Viaduct & lots of other places too. Les Rochers is ideal for families, honeymooners looking for relaxation etc.
