Exceptional, in every way.

Every thing about Villa Caraibe was top notch. An great location with easy (car) access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, and other beautiful Southern France spots. We spent the days relaxing around the (heates) pool and the afternoons and evenings exploring. It's in a wonderfully secluded spot, but only 6 mins drive to a supermarket. There was some work going on with other villas nearby, but other than the occasional bonfire we hardly noticed. In addition to the location, the Villa itself sets a high benchmark for other owners! It is so well appointed and stocked, none of this "only 8 knives and forks" rubbish. We've stayed in dozens of villas over the years and this is absolutely up there with the best of them. And with Netflix and Sonos it was like home from home! We will definintely be coming back here the next time we go to the area.

Dream villa, amazing views and superb setting

5 of 5
Firstly credit has to be given to the owners, Andy & Collette, not only for clearly spending a vast amount of time, energy and money to make the villa an amazing place to stay in, but also for their ongoing communication and offers of places to visit and local attractions. The villa is excellent, very well equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard. The pool and outside areas were spotless and are a really nice recent addition. There is an outside bar area next to the pool with fridge which is ideal for both daytime and evening refreshments. You can tell that Andy & Collette spend a great deal of time out there as it feels so homely. They are very lucky to have such a beautiful holiday home in Cannes. I’ve never been on holiday and been unable to find even the smallest fault/improvement until now. The contact from Steve (the agent) and Andy was friendly without being obtrusive. How many times have you been away and received a call from the owner the day after arriving to double check everything was OK and to ensure we didn't have any questions or queries? First class. The property is ideally located to enjoy not only Cannes but the likes of Antibes (20 mins), Monaco (1 hour) and St Tropez (75 mins). I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Thank you once again for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous second home.
