  • Comfortable, quiet house in beautiful countryside
    5 of 5

Five of us (all adults) stayed here for 1 week at the end of July. It's a beautiful house with lots of character, and we were very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom are lovely, there's a small kitchen and a huge dining table, and you can put your bikes in the garage. You can't park outside the house, but most of the time you can park about 50m up the hill. The village is VERY quiet - we really enjoyed ourselves cycling and walking in the area, but if you want to do anything else you will need to drive somewhere - e.g. Bagneres de Luchon, which is 15-20 minutes away. Make sure you do a supermarket shop before you get here, and remember most shops are closed on Sundays. We would definitely go back, both to this region and to this property.

  • Fantastic property in beautiful surroundings

For price, location and amenities, this property can't be beaten. We spent a week chasing the Tour de France from this location, taking in three stages. The property is secluded enough for a relaxing break, but close enough to Bagneres de Luchon to stock up on any requirements or go out for a meal. Lac d'OO is a fantastic walk close by and the scenery around the barn is amazing. The barn was easy to find, filled with all you would need to cook inside or outside on the barbeque and has plenty of bedding. We loved the whole experience and if we are visiting this area again, would definitely book this property. I can't praise it enough, we had a wonderful break, Thank you.
