Olive oil is also an important local product – in the summer months you could make the trip to Sainte Maxime for tours and tastings at la Domaine de la Piere Plantee olive groves.

-Verdon Gorge. To the north is this river canyon, considered to be one of the most impressive in Europe. It draws visitors for many different reasons – climbers can scale the canyon’s limestone walls, with 1,500 courses to choose from; hikers come to admire the immense beauty of the gorge, especially the view from the north rim, and it’s also possible to kayak or raft along the Verdon for an unforgettable adventure.

Amazing property

5 of 5
The villa really is incredible. The owners have thought of everything and the facilities are excellent. The location is really peaceful but there are plenty of sights to see within reasonable driving distance. Micky (owner) is so friendly and helpful and Judith, who organises the bookings, is extremely efficient, responsive and always happy to help with any queries. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this property.

Nice relaxing stay

5 of 5
Very traditional French farmhouse it was great sitting with a glass of wine/beer overlooking the vinyard opposite in the evening watching the sun go down!! Outside it the sun shine was lovely but the house was fantastically cool during the days. The local town had great places to eat although I'd advise booking a table during the day to make sure they have a place available for you. The market was great and well worth the vist.
