Tranquil and rustic gite, perfect for relaxing getaway

5 of 5
Le Petit Cabarets is situated in the beautiful Loire Valley and is the perfect place to retreat to if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. It is completely private and well looked after by Heather and Yvonne. We were incredibly impressed by the luxury provided and thoughtful touches like the bubbly and chocolate on arrival! The gite is well - equipped with everything you could possibly need and is ideal for families who would like some privacy and a good base to explore the area. The private pool, BBQ and board games were real highlights for us and the pictures really don't do the place justice. We would highly recommend and are hoping to return next year!

In a beautiful setting with a lovely mature garden.

4 of 5
The setting and gardens were superb. The pool very welcome . The kitchen rather small and impractical if you actually wanted to cook regularly. Although it was very well equipped, there was hardly any space for preparation work and the French windows could not be opened as the dishwasher and fridge opened onto them. As a holiday home with people who like to eat out all the time this is fine. The shower in the family bathroom needed attention as it spurted out over the edge of the bath. Room fans would be a useful addition in the really hot months. The sun umbrellas also need attention as one was broken. Some of the edging round the pool was loose which might be dangerous if you weren't aware. It is obviously a much used and well loved family home. The owners were very helpful when contacted and responded quickly to any queries. We had a delightful holiday here.
