                        beautiful well equipped villa

                        5 of 5
Just left avignon after an 11 night stay in this beautiful villa. The property is spotlessly clean and so well equipped you couldn't ask for more. Big thanks to therese for all her help, nothing was too much trouble. If we were to return to avignon I would not hesitate to stay in this villa again....

                        Amazing!

                        5 of 5
Amazing is the only word to describe Mathilde's home. The house is perfect comfortable homely we really felt at home there. Excellent position to bus stops and shops the pool was great and the whole property so secure which is so important when you have young children. The best thing about the property however is Mathilde she is wonderful so happy and helpful not to mention kind and generous.on our arrival she had stocked the cupboards with butter, bread, salad, chicken, tea, coffee etc.... She helped with our shopping a doctors visit for one of our children , took us to buy gifts joined us for coffee and juice on a few occasions, popped in with breads, cheese and goodies for the children and on the last night joined us for dinner which she paid for! I have never ever experienced such an amazing host on any of the many holidays I have enjoyed with my friends and family over the years. Mathilde you are truly one in a million and anyone that is looking for a lovely holiday in the south of france in my opinion would not find a better one ! We will definitely be back!

Ideal location for a 'no car' break

                        4 of 5
This holiday home was in an ideal location if you want a relaxing break WITHOUT a car. Ten minutes walk and you are in the centre of Avignon. Five minutes walk to the main train station (not TGV) with rail connections to the surrounding area. Ten minutes by taxi to TGV @ 15euros. From start to finish the owner Elisabeth was extremely helpful and responded to any queries within a matter of hours. 4 adults and 2 small children .......couldn't have had a better base. The pool was ideal for the 2 little ones with shallow steps right across one end and plenty of shade. The only downside was the mosquitos, take plenty of repellant and bite cream. A perfect holiday home.....would definately book again.
