Lovely property in quiet rural location

Fabulous stone barn like property in great condition. Lots of space and set in a valley with view of distant mountains. Very peaceful. Met on arrival by french speaking lady and all communications with Bernard were responded to quickly and helpfully. Visited Biarritz / Bayonne (1 hour) San Sebastian (2 hours), Pamplona (2.5 hours), Pau (1.5 hours). Beautiful towns but all a bit of a drive. Weather this time of year was sometimes v hot, but equally very wet. One monsoon / storm knocked car battery out. All in all, enjoyed holiday very much.
