- A retreat in nature.
We spent a week in this beautiful house in September and chose the region to explore all the beautiful hikes and walks. The house is everything as described in the listing. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated showing the owners obvious love of nature. The garden leads down to a bend in the river. All the surrounding trees are beautiful. The location was perfect for us just outside the town. We could go directly on walks and hikes from the house. We only used the car to go to the supermarket and once to visit a town further north. Corinne was very helpful and kept in touch with us. I would highly recommend this house and can imagine how nice it would be in any season.

I cannot fault the property and the location at the end of the lane makes it feel remote despite this it is only 10 minutes drive from a supermarket. We stayed for a week and this is nowhere near long enough to visit all the attractions within an hour's drive. Absolutely perfect.
