Great accommodation great welcome

5 of 5
What can I say we had a great stay in this lovely gite in a fabulous location. We arrived on a Sunday and were worried we would not be able to buy some food and drink. Frances was excellent informing us of a supermarket on route , but she also offered to buy some items for us and lay on a simple chicken salad. We arrived to a lovely cooked flavoured chicken just out the oven with home made bread and salad nothing simple about it at all. There was wine and a welcome pack of tea coffee etc. We particularly liked the lemon drinks, thanks Frances. The gite was in a rural location with fabulous views and so peaceful, but it was only minutes away from local villages, great great location. The gite itself was a lovely,a great open living room ,kitchen dinning area. The two bedrooms were large and both on suite. There was a dishwasher and all you would have at home. The place was immaculately clean and tidy. The seating area outside was private and the garden and pool excellent. Frances and Richard were great hosts and took time to offer advice and help about the area, which they obviously love. We felt relaxed and welcome thank you for a great stay.

Had a most enjoyable time ...

5 of 5
Despite unusually variable weather for early September, we had a wonderful couple of weeks with friends - visiting all our usual wine, eating and walking haunts in the region - which we love. The rather cool pool was regrettably only tempting to a few, but bravely taken on by one! Graham and Susan were most welcoming and excellent hosts and 'neighbours' - and the dogs and cats kept us amused, to say the least! Would not hesitate to recommend to others ...
