Beautiful, spacious apartment close to old town

5 of 5
Three of my friends and I stayed in Villa Doda (in the ground floor apartment) for four nights in July and had the most wonderful stay. The apartment was so spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, plus the bonus of being air-conned - a solace from the heat outside! The outside terrace area and garden were lovely to sit out on during the evenings and for breakfast. All communications in the lead up and our welcome from Dobrilla (and Mocha the dog!) on arrival were great. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubrovnik. Excellent value for money and a gorgeous little retreat. Thanks for having us Dobrilla! Hope to be back sometime soon! Amy, Niamh, Katy and Fran.

Comfortable and friendly apartment.

5 of 5
The location of the apartment was excellent with easy access to the old town but in a peaceful area with plenty of greenery. There is a park and small beach within a short walk, although there are plenty of hills/steps which may be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Lovely airy apartment with good facilities including a coffee maker. The shower was the best I have had in a holiday apartment. Although there is no lounge/sitting room in the apartment there is a table and chairs in the garden with an umbrella and this provided a lovely spot to have breakfast and late evening drinks. Lidia and her family could not have been more helpful, we arranged to be picked up from the airport which meant finding the apartment was not an issue and anything else we needed, including some delicious tomatoes from the garden, was freely provided. There were leaflets in the apartment about various day trips and restaurants etc.
