What a brilliant stay in Dubrovnik. We travelled here at the end of May this year, the property is lovely and has everything you need with a large bed, kitchenette with hob, tv and good shower facilities. There is an outdoor private terrace overlooking the sea where each morning we ate our breakfast and at night drank plenty of wine. There are just two accomodations next to each other, both appeared to be similar inside, but both have a private outdoor terrace. To the left of the accommodation there are some stairs leading down to a private sunbathing area on the rocks equipped with sun beds which is exclusive for those staying in Pero's accommodation. There are ladders that you can use to get in and out of the sea which was lovely to cool off on the hotter days of our holiday. I would recommend 'sea shoes' as there are spikey urchins on the sea floor. During the day we often got the bus regularly just up the road to the old town of Dubrovnik. Pero talks you through the bus timetable. The bus journey was at most a 20 minutes journey. I would recommend that you buy bread and meats, salami and cheese in the supermarkets. This was relatively cheap and there is a fridge in the accommodation, even the wine and budget gin was good! Near the bus stop there is a restaurant where they do great BBQ meats, burgers etc and it was very cheap and tasty and the waitresses were some of the nicest we have ever met. Our host Pero was fantastic and his family are lovely and genuinely go out of the way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Pero was not only a great host, he also told us about the best places to go and gave us regular lifts, much cheaper than getting taxis! The scenery and views are spectacular from the accommodation and seeing the huge cruise ships going past the apartment was incredible. I picked this location to ask my partner to marry me, with the sun just about to set, this is a gem of a location and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of location. Pero even gave us some wine to celebrate on our engagement night - a lovely touch. On our last full day, Pero took us to a restaurant in Bosnia & Herzegovina, the food was top notch and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this accomodation and location to anybody wishing to go to Dubrovnik, who wishes to avoid the congestion and busyness of the inner areas of Dubrovnik. This location was peaceful, relaxing and only a short journey from all of the action. Thank you Pero...

  • We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment.

We stayed here during October half-term with our 2 boys aged 9 and 10. The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, light and airy with a fabulous view. We felt that we'd really struck lucky with the location as there were many nice bars and restaurants very nearby. Bus links to the old town are fantastic but, as an active family, with boys that need exercising, we enjoyed our walks to the old town (approx 45 mins) and to the beach (less than 15 mins). Luko met us on arrival and kindly provided us with many useful hints and tips.
