Fantastic Villa with Fabulous Views

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa - the pictures on the site do not do this property justice. The villa is in a quiet hillside location set within its own gardens in a gated compound that provided both security and privacy. The villa was not over looked on any side and provided wonderful views of the ocean from the terraces. Perfect for a get away from it all holiday but also ideally located for getting around the island - 10 Mins from Santa Cruz and only 30 mins from Los Christianos and Puerta de la Cruz so you can do all the sights/parks easily. A car is required as there are no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but they can be found five minute drive away. The villa is very spacious and has two terraced areas where you can catch the sun all day. It is also very comfortable and has everything you need and is like a home from home. The washing machine was used daily and the dishwasher was a godsend as 5 people make a lot of washing up! Good internet kept the kids (3 teenagers) quiet and 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own room which was ideal for a party of 5 - the two main bedrooms are very comfortable and I wish I could have brought the mattress back with me. The owner was extremely helpful with arrangements for arrival/departure and there was a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The only issues we had were the draining from the inside showers was a bit slow so you have to turn them off whilst washing to avoid them overflowing - the outside shower was amazing though and we used that one the most. The aircon was only in the master bedroom and not working, however the ceiling fans kept the villa cool enough so not really an issue. All in all we had a great time at the villa and managed to use it as a base to visit the whole of island although most days I just wanted to stay in the Villa as it was so nice. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment next to the ocean with a great 360° view.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful apartment. Stanislas the owner met us on the arrival, gave us all necessary information and had left chilled drinks in the fridge. As bought our flights where questioned by the airline strikes Stanislas showed his care about us offering help which was really nice of him. All amenities were of a very good standard you get 100% of what you can see on the pictures and what you read in the description. Also the location is very handy to explore the island (car recommended). Puertito de Guimar is a small town which is great for a relax as it is not overcrowded by tourists. The top floor of the apartment with its huge terrace was our favourite part. The stunning view over the ocean, town and the mountains simply beautiful! Overall we loved the place and it is on top of our rentals so far. Stanislas is a great host and dealing with him is faultless.
