The whole process of booking and paying could not be easier with the description of the villa and facilities being accurate. We received an email from Jane before arriving explaining she would be there to show us around and answer any questions. The directions from the airport were detailed and led us straight to the villa. On arrival we were met by Jane and shown around. The villa was well maintained and clean with sunbeds set out. Basic foods had been provided so a cup of tea could be made straight away !!! A folder with all information was available giving you valuable info on the surrounding area. The position of the villa was amazing with sea views and dramatic cliff views behind you. If you want peace and quiet this is the place SO PEACEFUL bliss. We did wander down to the town and it is a bit of a hike back but we did have a hire car so used to park half way down so didn't have to do the last bit. Every evening we went out to eat with our favorite area being Puerto de Santiago as had a variety of restaurants and live music in Route 66 every night. The cocktails were also good here !!!! Los Gigantes is very chilled out with a lot of restaurants not opening until the week after we arrived. We did visit the beaches of Playa de San Juan and Playa de Arena but we preferred to just chill at the villa. Loved it don't hesitate to book if you want a relaxing holiday.

We arrived on 1st June for a weeks stay in Los Gigantes. This was our first trip to Tenerife. The apartment was great, has everything you could want and more. The views are stunning and the facilities I.e the pool is equally great. Dave who provided transferred to and from airport was great! Los Gigantes town is very nice and has lots of good bars and restaurants. One very good restaurant is Charlie's - amazing food. if you like diving or snorkelling there are some great places to go and explore. Dive centre in the harbour is the best place. Thank you Karen for all excellent communication prior to our trip 😊 This is one place we would definitely return too.

This is a beautiful duplex apartment which is well equipped and in a super location. The views from both the balcony and roof terrace are breathtaking, both towards La Gomera and to the cliffs at Los Gigantes. There are 2 supermarkets within a few minutes walk and, whilst the location is very quiet, there are cafes, restaurants and bars which are no more than 15 minutes away. The pools are both a decent size, one is heated and the other is bracing ! The owner, Olga, was great to deal with and everything was exactly as described. We were particularly impressed by the welcome pack that was waiting for us on arrival. There are no negatives. We will definitely come back to this apartment for a further stay..
