Well situated villa

5 of 5
A great villa. Perfectly situated about 5 minutes away from the supermarket and a cafe, and a beautiful ten/fifteen minute walk to the Marina Rubicon, or half an hour or so from Playa Blanca. The villa came well equipped with everything you need for a holiday and more, including a much appreciated welcome pack to get us started. The pools in this area are fairly small, but was large enough (and warm enough) for our two children to enjoy. It is close to the road which might disturb some but was fine for us. All in all a fantastic stay, with excellent communication from both the villa owner and the local staff. Thank you to all for a lovely holiday.

Perfect villa in the perfect complex!

5 of 5
We have just returned from a fantastic stay here at Las Brisas. The complex - Reception staff are helpful and friendly and quick to deal with any queries/issues. The grounds are clean and well maintained, the landscaping is beautiful. The pool is large and heated with a separate children's pool. There is a policy whereby inflatables are permitted at certain times throughout the day, we thought this was a great idea as it allows the children to have fun but also respects those wishing to swim peacefully. The restaurant area seems popular. We only ate there once and it was fine but we preferred to eat in Playa Blanca, especially as the centre of town is so close. The Villa - This villa is the best that we have stayed in here. It is located at a private location on the complex on the outer circle, not far from the tennis courts. The villa had everything we needed (a famly of 4) for a 10 night stay. The spacious terrace was the real highlight for us, the orientation means that it gets sun literally all day until it goes down. Perfect for lazy evenings by the BBQ! Both the double, and two single beds are comfortable. I believe the villa is soon to receive new living room furniture so it can only get better! Lastly, the owners were good to deal with both throughout the booking process and during our stay. We had a repair to be carried out (outwith everyone's control) and this was handled promptly. We hope to return and would highly recommend this property.
