Charming and very comfortable country house, close to the airport and beaches

5 of 5
We had a lovely, relaxing time here and made full use of the garden seating area and excellent barbecue facilities. The two bedrooms are comfortable, pleasant, and fully air-conditioned. The kitchen and living room also provided all the necessary things for cooking and entertainment during our stay. Kramorie beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and the far end (to the north, towards Burgas) is usually very quiet. Perfect for a relaxing day at the beach. The surrounding countryside is also very pleasant, and we spent some nice afternoons exploring it by bike. It was straightforward to rent a car (thanks to Peter, the owner, for giving us the contact of a very friendly, helpful, family-run car rental company) and the airport transfer also went very smoothly. All in all, if you are looking for a week or two of peace and quiet, enjoy spending time outdoors, and are attracted by Bulgaria's summer climate and very reasonable prices (e.g. a decent meal for 4 people, including drinks, usually cost us between 20-30 euros in the local restaurants), then this would be an ideal place to stay.

Rasa & Paul. (UK) Scotland

Out first time in Bulgaria and we decided to go for a more out of city experience, wanted to see some countryside, so we chose this villa largely because the pictures looked good and due to its close location to Sozopol (5km) but plenty of other countryside in the area. Absolutely first class service from the owner and his family post booking with queries and contact. On arrival the owner and his wife were welcoming and very friendly. The villa is lovely, very clean inside and out, kitchen and living room areas are well appointed and spacious with ample seating. The bedrooms have good storage and comfy beds. The shower and bathroom facilities are excellent with very good water pressure. The swimming pool and BBQ areas are well kept with plenty space for large numbers, there were 12 of us and at no time did we feel cramped. The pool is heated and well kept, very clean and clear. The villa is located in a small traditional village. There are loverly views of the countryside and hills from the outside and upper inside levels. There are ample shops (4) to get essentials and almost anything you need, including a hardware store that sells, batteries, glue, tape tools and just about anything else you might need within reason. There is a local bus service that will take you to Sozopol, however the owner will also give lifts to supermarkets for big shops providing you give him a days notice, so you won’t be stuck with bags of shopping on a bus or taxi. Can’t not give the villa and the owners 5 stars, very friendly and a lovely villa that was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We have already decided to return.
