Lovely apartment close to beach and everything

5 of 5
I spend a month in this apartment, together with my family, during my business trip to the area. The locals told me that Vila Velha and the neighborhood of Itapoa was the best to live if you are expats, so we found this lovely accommodation which we can warmly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, safe area with walking distance to beach. The apartment is brand new, with all new furniture and a very complete kitchen also with new appliances. The rooms where nice decorated with wallpaper everywhere and the beds very comfortable. One of the best things with the property was the fantastic rooftop with a pool, sundeck and a party area where there is a barbecue with lots of seating, as well as a gourmet area which is indoor and has a large kitchen for preparing everything you need. There is also a sauna next to the pool as well as a infant pool. The location is absolutely prime, right in the center of the suburb called Itapoa which is the affluent area of Vila Velha, with everything you need just around the corner literally, not to mention only a few minutes walking to the new shopping mall that has cinemas, food court etc. We would like to thank Jackie for her amazing efforts in helping us out with everything during our stay, deeply appreciated!!
