                        Great stay at Mullins Heights

                        5 of 5
Wonderful stay at Mullins Heights. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, 4 adults and it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The air con works great, the property is located close to the main bus routes (5 min walk to the bus stop). Close to great beaches and fabulous bars - we enjoyed Bombas beach bar, cheers bar (both a 5 min walk from the apartment) and Cariba - near Paynes Bay. The apartment is close to Speightstown and the nearby garage at the end of the street was convenient for supplies. Rick was helpful, friendly and looked after us really well as did the maid Angela. Rick also helped us in getting to the airport which was very kind. We would recommend Mullins Heights and would definitely return in the future!

Lovely house just minutes away from the beach

                        5 of 5
Overall fantastic place to stay, close to mullins beach and the bar. When that beach gets too busy you have the tranquility of Gibbs Beach just along the way. Easy to walk along the beach to Speightstown as well. The house is very large and spacious, great for entertaining.

                        Fab Location, beautiful villa

                        5 of 5
We stayed for 2 weeks 22 July to 5 August. Kings Beach Villas is in a lovely setting, across the road from the beaches but only 5 minutes walk. Lovely, peaceful surroundings with beautiful gardens. The pool was almost always empty, but neighbours - a mix of holiday guests and residents - were always friendly, as were the staff, and we enjoyed chatting to everyone. The villa is compact, but just right for two and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the gadgets you could want. The villa has a choice of outside seating options, and overall was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking available. We liked to get up early (while its cooler) and walk along the beaches. Port St Charles beach is wonderful for snorkelling, and we really liked the beaches just past Cobblers Cove, as well as Mullins and Gibbs. Ian, the owner was very helpful and sent us lots of useful information about the villa, and what to do/where to go on the island before our trip. I would love to visit again. If we manage to return next year however, we hope to bring our daughter so will require a second bedroom - but fingers crossed we will be back to Kings Beach Villas before too long!
