                              Perfect for ski enthusiasts

This Cottage-house is a wonderful place to stay, it is furnished with lots of thought and love, and you instantly feel comfortable. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean andwell cared for. We stay for a week and was a very pleasurable and memorable one. It was certainly a lovely experience. The location of the house was excellent, as it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, a few steps from a beautiful natue, where you could easily have a nice walk and see some beautiful panorama views. Zell am See ski area is only a few minutes away, superb ski areas of Saalbach-Hineterglemm 20 min drive and Kitzbuhel area 40 min. For bad weather days or if you want something different - check Windkogel sledge (rodeln). We would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone, a perfect place to stay.

We rented one of the studio apartments in Kaprun & had thee most enjoyable stay. The aprtment was very clean well equiped and very reasonably priced. From the aprtments it is a very short walk into Kaprun centre where ther are plenty of places to enjoy a morning coffee, lunch, an afternoon beer and woderful evening meals. For self catering there is a very good supermarket within walking distance of the apartments. The is a wealth of thigs to do in the area. For those that enjoy walking there are many lovely walks from the apartments
