We arrived late, due to a 2 hour queue at the car rental desk at Munich airport. Our hosts made clear that this was not a problem, and were there to welcome us on our arrival. The accommodation was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed, and we managed very well, despite there being 21 of us, including several young children. We did miss having a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. These would have made life a bit easier. Certainly, for the price compared to other large homes, this was well worth the cost and we would book it again. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, but didn't interfere at all. The position of this house is also good. There is a lot to do in the vicinity and other main tourist spots within an hour's drive or so.

The property is very modern with drying machine, sauna and under floor heating big advantages. The beds were very comfortable although I would replace the pillows. The kitchen was very tight and the cooker hood met with the head on several occasions but this was not a huge inconvenience. What was lacking was any folder/sheet of information which I expect at any holiday rental. This is aside from all of the instruction manuals (which were there) and should include a few details about local amenities as well as the wi-if code. Overall, the property was very comfortable and we had a great holiday. The location is second to none and really sells this property.
