    We recently spend several days at this property and have nothing but praise for the apartment, the location and above all, the owners. Extremely convenient location very close to the city with public transport at the doorstep. Cherie the owner goes above and beyond in offering help and advice. We are already planning a return visit to Perth and would not go past staying here again.

    I needed a three-bedroom apartment close to Perth CBD and found it in this terrific townhouse in the Claisebrook area. Features all mod cons, well stocked with kitchen needs, laundry and double garage with plenty of space for a family of five adults. Rod went out of his way to facilitate our needs. The master suite with balcony is a great quiet space and you can spread out in the lounge/dining area. While close to the free CAT bus route into Perth CBD, which is handy, the Claisebrook Cove and Victoria Park are in walking distance and provide everything you need including stylish restaurants and bars and waterfront walks. A very comfortable stay in modern, quiet surroundings.
