Amazing place to recharge

5 of 5
Could not fault this place. The cottage is so clean and has everything you could possibly need. Beds are really comfy. Pam and Mike are gracious hosts only to happy to share their beautiful surrounds. Pam's fresh baked fruit toast is lovely, and the jams and cream and butter and eggs and fruit delivered to your door each morning are a real treat. Loved the fire at night, those views were amazing. The canoe kept my son entertained for hours, and feeding the animals was also great fun. We had a wonderful time, thanks so much from Nat, Chris and Oscar

Beautiful Stay!

5 of 5
We had such an amazing time and experience at this gorgeous place! It's only 20 minutes from Gympie but it seriously feels like the middle of nowhere; with so much privacy it's a hidden gem! Steve, the owner, met us when we arrived to show us around as it is quite a large property. We viewed the house for a while then once unpacked, he offered to take us for a drive around. It was the best free 4WD we've done, as he drove us to see the dam down the bottom and a hidden swimming water hole through the bushes. It's getting hotter so it was a bit dry but awesome to look at and read a book next to! The house itself is stunning. It's on top of a hill so the breeze you get it incredible. We relaxed on the veranda and chilled out in the massive bath tub while watching all kinds of birds fly past. We even saw rabbits and wallabies! The bed was so comfy, shower pressure awesome, aircon was there but we didn't need it and we did all our cooking on the BBQ, so perfect! Would 100% recommend to stay there, we're already planning on when to go next!
