We adored our stay at Baby Beach villa. The owners have thought of everything. The outdoor living area is lovely, with sofas, dining tables, bistro style chairs and tables, bbq and loungers. There are lights, a fan over the comfy chair area and speakers so you can link your music via the wifi to the villas sound system and play it through the speakers on the terrace. The two eleven year old girls gave up showering inside totally and just used the outside shower under the mango tree!
Inside the bedrooms have excellent, and much needed when you come for England, air conditioning, beds are very comfortable. The two double rooms are lovely size, the third is more of a children's room with no draws / wardrobe etc. We didn't really use the living room which has a huge picture window, comfy chairs etc. The TV is huge and has Netflix. We didn't even switch it on once as I can watch TV in England. Wifi is brilliant to the point where one of the girls was talking via FaceTime, another was watching you tube and I was streaming music and googling photos of the area all at the same time!
Kitchen well equipped. The laundry area was just brilliant. I know this is sad but as a busy working mum to take home a case full of clean clothes was heavenly! There are huge Belfast sinks so I could wash out snorkels, masks and beach shoes and leave to dry and swim wear, towels etc where so easily dried. The villa has beach chairs, towels, snorkels, beach toys and floats, and two bikes. They really have tried to think of everything. Martha was lovely and looked after us fabulously. The mobile phone is so handy for ringing restaurants etc.
the villa has beautiful views of the sea so you can sit and watch the sun sets. It is extremely close to Rogers beach and baby beach so you can go snorkelling at 7 in the morning and be home for breakfast.
You do have to want to be off the beaten track to love this place. If you like eagle beach and dream of visiting Gucci in orangestad every day this venue probably isn't for you. This villa is gorgeous but the area has seen better days -some of the properties near by being unoccupied and the oil refinery is at the end of Rogers beach in all its industrial glory. What I will emphasis is how much we adored being off the beaten track. Using Rogers beach is almost like having a private beach and baby beach has excellent snorkelling and still is ridiculously quiet when you look at how crowded palm beach is.
We loved it ... Thank you
