  • Wonderful Two weeks in Antigua

Had a lovely, quiet, fortnight at Palm Tree House. Thank you to Clare for being a great owner, fab communication and help/advice. Housekeeper Keiflin was a great help too and we couldn't have asked for better service. The villa is very comfortable with all the things you would need. For would be holiday makers, the end of August, beginning of September is very quiet on the island as its the edge of close season so beware. The upside is the beaches are really really quiet and you can get a table in the restaurants (though some have closed by this time).

  • Lovely villa, plenty to do

The villa is terrific and has every possible comfort. It’s also very stylishly decorated and enjoyable to use. Sue bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. Jolly Harbour itself was a bit quiet when we visited with rather a lot closed, but we still managed to have morning coffee and a couple of great meals in the Greek restaurant, dinner in the wonderful Italian pizza restaurant, and burgers and roti in the Crow’s Nest bar. We spent a fair bit of time on the beach at Castaways bar as well - their curries are amazing. In terms of activities, Glenmore and Troy ferried us around to lots of activities such as sailing, hiking through the rain forest with Dassa, jet skiing, kayaking, swimming with sting rays and so on. All in all a very successful holiday.
