Pay-per-booking properties are displayed within Classic search positions or below. While it is not possible to control the search performance through subscription levels, pay-per-booking listings can be converted to an annual subscription at any time.

Secure online booking and payments processing

All pay-per-booking properties use the HomeAway Payments and online booking process.

  • HomeAway Payments:

    Allow guests to pay by credit card through HomeAway Payments. It’s a convenient and affordable way to process payments.

    • The 3% payment processing fee is included in the booking commission
  • Online booking:

    The "Book Now!" feature means travellers can simply send an online reservation request, which you have 24 hours to accept or decline.

What it costs

Pay-per-booking listings are free to set up and publish on our site. When a booking is completed and guest payment is made through our online payment platform, the money will be automatically forwarded to your account less the commission fee.

It's easy to get started

  1. Provide account information and security questions To set up your account information, you will need to provide your name and address and then set up your username and password along with your security questions for accessing your account.

  2. Build your listing Your listing is a webpage dedicated to advertising your property. It will display all the important information needed for guests to book your home. It just takes a few minutes to create, and since it can be edited at any time, you can make improvements whenever you like, ensuring your listing is the best it can be.

  3. Set up your payment account Travellers prefer straightforward, secure payment options. When you enrol with HomeAway Payments, you get low 3% credit card processing for Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Carte Bleue cards. The 3% payment processing fee is included in the commission charged on each booking. You will be asked to provide your bank account details.

  4. Provide your rates and fees You will be able to provide your standard rates for year round bookings as well as any specific event or seasonal rates, along with incremental fees for cleaning and other services.

  5. Identify rental policies Provide your check-in/check-out times and cancellation policies. You will also be able to provide a rental agreement for any house rules.

Remember, you can switch to an annual subscription at any time.
