5-bedroom elegant Victorian property in Ambleside
The size and comfort was incredible, the décor and cleanliness immaculate, the provision of Sky+ HD, gaming consoles and broadband very comprehensive, not to mention the hot tub with fell views! And all this within a 5 minute walk of all the Ambleside services.

5-bedroom large luxury country house in Appleby-in-Westmorland
The house was easily big enough for all of us, both in terms of bedrooms and living space. The social areas in particular are great - and the hot tub was a nice addition! The kitchen was large and well stocked, which was a real benefit when trying to cook for 11 and something you often don’t get!

4-bedroom 18th century farmhouse in Cockermouth
The farmhouse has everything you expect from its original purpose. The views are absolutely beautiful. The hot tub, which is at the bottom of the garden, is fantastic. Sitting in it with half a dozen others looking across the breathtaking valley really was something.

5-bedroom fernbank house in Keswick
5 Couples celebrating 1 big birthday, Fernbank was ideal for us, we were going to go out for meals but we loved the place so much we ate at home, the kitchen is to die for and there were plenty of utensils. All of the bedrooms were well presented and spotless, the towels were large white and fluffy and all of them being en-suite was a bonus. Overall a wonderful weekend.

2-bedroom cottage with wood fired hot tub in Ribble Valley
We had a great time in this cottage. It was clean and well kept and we had no hassle whatsoever. We all loved the isolation and the walking around the area. The hot tub was fantastic. Highly recommended.
