      -Ancient mosques: Hailing from the Ottoman era is the Fatih Mosque which was constructed after the town was captured in 1455. There are inscriptions on the gates that lead to the courtyards accrediting their construction to a Mustafa Aga and another on the main gate giving mention to the Suleyman who restored the mosque.
