    Peregian beach is a small oceanfront town at the southernmost point of the Noosa region. The word “peregian” means “emu” in the Aboriginal language.

    Peregian Beach is famous for its excellent surfing and for the deep-fried Mars bars served at the local Wahoo Seafood Café.
