-The Church of John the Baptist is the main church of Son Servera and once served as a place of refuge during pirate raids. It was originally a defence tower and formed part of the Binicanella Manor House estate dating way past the 1300s. Many parts of the original building, including the bell tower, have been preserved and restored and the Church is close to Son Servera holiday villas for an easy visit.

-S'Esglèsia Nova or New Church is an iconic architectural landmark in Son Servera and is a Christian temple whose construction has yet to be completed – even though the building was started at the beginning of the 1900s. Many cultural events are held here and it is a popular tourist attraction.

-The Son Servera Market is held in the centre of town every Friday morning. There are some 200 permanent stalls that set up here and the hive of activity sprawls, spilling out from the centre of the market place all the way to the old train station. It is an excellent place to visit to buy just about anything, local produce, crafts, trinkets, handmade items – it is a stunning market to take the entire family to for stocking up the larder of your Son Servera holiday home as well as picking up some excellent souvenirs.

-The Shepherd Boy Sculpture commemorates a legend relating to a disaster in May 1820. The story goes that a boat from Tangier arrived on shore. A party disembarked to bury one of their shipmates who had died, on the beach – and a small Shepard boy who witnessed the burial dug up the body afterwards. It is thought he wanted the cape that was around the body. The boy later died mysteriously and a massive bubonic plague struck. Out of 1808 people living in the town, only some 748 were recorded to be left after the plague. There is a plaque and statue next to the church as a reminder of the tragedy.

-Cala Bona was once a tiny fishing village basking in a secluded cove at the turn of the century but has since grown in leaps and bounds.
