    Murren is a picturesque mountain village in the Jungfrau region of Switzerland, which looks like it could have been taken straight out of a fairytale.     Things to do in Murren, Switzerland

    Murren is the highest ski resort in the Bernese Oberland and there are slopes for all abilities from beginners to advances with snowboarders also well-catered to. There are also plenty of opportunities for cross-country skiing around the town and the nearby river valley.

    There are also several things to do off piste. Beginners can learn the basics of curling, and after a bit of practice enter into one of the weekly tournaments. Toboggans can be hired and there are several great runs around the town.
