    Collazzone lies 25km south of Perugia, in the heart of the Umbria region. The region is famous for its roaming hills, and the commune of Collazzone is partially hidden on a ridge, meaning it is largely undiscovered by tourists and does not suffer from the many problems that mass tourism can bring.
