    The small town of Aci Trezza is on the east side of Sicily on what is known as the Cyclops coast. The name comes from the basalt rocks, known as Faraglioni, which loom 70 metres high out of the sea. Legend has it that they were the rocks which Cyclops threw at Odysseus in the Odyssey.
