Explore Paros' capital city of Parikia during your holiday. As a major port in the Cyclades islands, Parikia enjoys multiple daily ferries both to and from Athens, as well as to and from the other major islands (such as Santorini). The city is home to approximately 4,500 permanent residents.

Kokou Horse Riding Center:

The Kokou Horse Riding Center was opened on Paros in 1988. Twenty horses reside at the riding center, and are available for individual and group rides. Panagia Ekatontapiliani:

The Panagia Ekatontapiliani is the island's principle church, the 'church of a hundred doors'. Archaeological Museum:

The Archaeological Museum of Paros was founded in 1960. It is one of Greece's most important museums, due to its collection from the excavations of Paros and Antiparos. These excavations date from the Neolithic period to Early Christian times. The Nike (victor) of Paros and the Gorgo (mermaid) are housed here.
