Finca San Antonio is a private, secure gated development of the highest quality in keeping with the traditional Moorish charm and atmosphere of Andalucia, providing 2 outdoor pools, sub-tropical gardens, underground parking (lift access), offering all year round facilities for the entire family. The chic and stylish apartment opens onto two spacious sun terraces. Mijas : Is an Andalucian village set inland at the foot of the Sierra Mijas, 1476 ft above sea level giving wonderful coastal views. Mijas offers visitors the authentic Spanish experience, with traditional Moorish architecture, a square bullring, many relaxing restaurants, tapas bars, wine tasting, with the history of wine in the region. It provides the ideal base for touring the region through breathtaking countryside, marvel at the Giant Gorge where eagles fly below.

Visit Costa Tropical beginning at the Caves of Nerja and take in the spectacular views from the famous Balcon De Europa. Why not visit Gibraltar and tour the famous rock, see the Barbary Apes and indulge in duty free shopping - all in a day! At Finca San Antonio you have the benefit of being away from it all yet within a few minutes drive of the tourist hot spot of Fuengirola with a bustling sea front, promenade and marina. Also, the coastal towns of Banalmadena, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within easy reach.

Activities: can be easily found for all tastes and the entire family is well catered for, with water sports at the numerous beach side resorts - from Jet skis to windsurfing, sailing and fishing. Make a splash at the coasts' best water parks, or visit one of the world's finest zoos. Visit Tivoli World which is a large complex with 36 of the latest rides for all ages, with restaurants, open air theatre, flamenco, ballet and wild west shows. Also in Benalmadena is Sea Life with over 30 marine life displays, feeding demonstrations and presentations. In Mijas Pueblo there are many organised walks leaving from the village down the mountain to the coasts at differing degrees of difficulty. The master bedroom which opens onto its own terrace has a king sized bed, and a luxury en-suite bathroom with double sinks and showers. The sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2. Towels are provided for bathroom use, but please supply your own pool and beach towels. The apartment benefits from morning sun into the kitchen/breakfast room and afternoon sun into the lounge and terraces. It also overlooks one of the outdoor pools.

Excellent property for a relaxing get away.

Excellent property for a quiet get away. Very quiet apartments with 2 good pools. Apartment was very well equipped for a family and had decent WiFi - a must if travelling with teenagers. Help is at hand throughout the stay. The agent for this property takes service to a whole new level, it was good to have someone on site.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and nice and cool. The pool areas are quiet and lovely. Superb location away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts but also within easy access. Recommend a visit.

An enjoyable, relaxing holiday

My wife and i have just returned from a 10 night stay at Finca San Antonio Apartments with our 3 young boys. The apartment itself is of a very high standard and has quality in every regard. Its so refreshing to stay at a holiday let that actually has high quality bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower), furnishings and appliances! Communal gardens are well maintained and this compliments the overall look and feel of the complex. Two swimming pools was also a plus and were never crowded. Mijas village (under 10 min drive) is a typical Andalusian town and is perfect for lunch, dinner or simply milling around the various gift shops. Figuerola (10 mins away in other direction) offers much more in terms of nightlife and shopping. In summary, I can highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book again. As there are no supermarkets or cafes in the immediate vicinity, my only suggestion would be to hire a car - especially if you have young children!

Beautiful Apartment.

Thanks Beverley for a brilliant holiday in your apartment. We found it was everything your description said but better.

Close enough to Mijas and all it's many restaurants that we dined out every evening and went to a different restaurant nearly every night. The view from the La Alcazaba restaurant was breathtaking.

We found the apartment was very spacious,even though there were five adults in our party.We found it very clean and the grounds were beautifully managed.

Mijas luxury 3 bed apartment

The apartment was pure luxury. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished to a very high standard. All rooms are extremely spacious. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and well stocked with home comforts.

The apartment is set in an excellent location and is only about 10 minutes drive from the beach, and 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Mijas. Also very close to other popular locations such as Benalmedina, Malaga and Marbella. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Recent visit to Finca San Antonio

This is our fourth stay at Finca San Antonio, Mijas and again we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is not only luxurious, but immaculate. It is well equipped and appointed - all the family's needs are catered for. It is a great base for day trips further afield to locations such as Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar and Seville. We always hire a car as we find it very inexpensive, but the local bus passes by the apartment making Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola easily accessible for those who choose not to drive.

Looking forward to our next visit!

Finca San Antonio is located approx. 3 miles up from the coast on the A-387 in a private, tranquil position on the hillside just outside the quaint white-washed village of Mijas.

With its Andelusian charm and historic interest, it attracts visitors from around the coast to soak up the history, stunning views, walks and restaurants. Easy access via the A7/ E15 motorway to other towns and cities such as Granada, Malaga, Rhonda, Gordoba and Seville all steeped in history and charm. Alternatively, enjoy romantic night walks around the village wall with spectacular views of Fuengirola lit up, or savour the night life of Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is also the option for the more adventurous of a days visit to Gibralter or North Africa or skiing the Sierra Navada which is approx. two hours drive away.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 (€250) per week is required to secure the accommodation, then full payment at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Special rates may be available for bookings of 3 weeks or more. A refundable damages/key deposit of £200 (€250) is also required with your final payment.
