Spacious and recently renovated to a high standard, this luxury penthouse apartment with good views to the tropical gardens, the mountains and the entrance to the marina. There are two private balconies on the east side to sit and breakfast in the morning sun, a spacious balcony on the west side for alfresco dining in the midday and evening. Roomy and bright with marble throughout, this apartment is designed to be lived in with all the fittings for entertaining. Private car park space in basement is accessed by lift from the door of the apartment.
The comfortable seating of the dining area allows for reading, watching TV or talking to your fellow guests.
The mature tropical garden is restful and tranquil for quiet reflection. Two pools for bathing. Gate access from the garden to the beach, where the restaurants allow for casual dining. This beach is very fashionable and a five minute walk along the beach brings you to the middle of the world famous Puerto Banus Marina.
Things to do in Marbella & Puerto Banus: There is a very good safari park near Estepona called Selwo. It is great for the children and the adults. They have lions tigers bears camels monkeys ostriches heffalumps camels and lots more. They are all in large areas and the animals roam free with plenty of room so that their living space is reasonably close to their natural environment. The visitors are brought around in trucks like army trucks with bench seats and the drivers and helpers make it a fun event for everyone. Both adults and children love the experience.
Fly Blue Catamaran from Marbella Marina: There is a great full day or half day cruise on a large catamaran from the marina in Marbella. The full day cruise has a stop with a BBQ and swim at a secluded beach with banana boat ride for those who are adventurous.
Shopping: World class shopping at Puerto Banus and Marbella. The Saudi Royal family come here for two months to holiday & shop every year, so why can't you?

The apartment was perfect. Fantastic location - right on the beach and buzzing Puerto Banus, but inside the complex is calm with beautiful gardens and two pools. The apartment itself gets a lot of sun and it is possible to sunbathe on the bedroom balconies in the morning and dine in the sun on the balcony off the living room in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathrooms are massive and modern, which is very rare for Spain. We were there for 6 days and my Mother even decided to extend a few extra days to catch up on work - the WiFi is very speedy.
I went with my Mother and cousin and we had a very relaxing time with a little bit of partying thrown in.
We spent our time on the beach, at the pool and in the apartment, celebrity-watching in the famous Ocean Club (which is right outside the garden gate of the complex), shopping, eating fresh seafood (Pedro's Chiringuito is a must - also right outside the garden gate), watching Flamenco in Marbella's Old Town etc.
Personal tips: If you are shopping in Michael Kors on the marina, ask for a glass of champagne and they will be more than happy to oblige. We felt like celebrities in the end!
To party with more of the locals check out La Habana at the end of the marina - it is a club with a latin vibe rather than the usual chart music in most of the other spots in PB.
On arriving at David's apartment we were very impressed with the lovely gardens and ambience of the place. The apartment itself is very modern and clean with all the facilities you will require for a great stay.We didn't use the pool, but it was a very lovely area surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a gate leading to the beach.
I would recommend Pedro's beach bar for lunch and lazing on a lounger by the sea. Overall great location for the beach and only a 5minute walk along the boardwalk into the centre of Banus.We will definitely be back !
All in all a great apartment just needs to make it more presentable by fixing a few small things, for the price asking. The location is perfect. The building is in a very good condition. Very good size living and bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The balconies are a real plus. Should modernise the sun beds, update the curtains, and install a larger TV so one can enjoy that now a lot of digital programs are available. David the owner was helpful and really quite nice. I can see that he is upgrading those things that are mentioned in the reviews. I will be returning.

Having booked this months ago we were really excited to come and we were not let down. As private apartments go, you always suffer a little bit by not having a pool side bar etc but being so close to the beach and Marbella beach club makes up for that. As far as the apartment went, it was perfect and suited us for everything we need. The only negative thing i can honestly say is that we had a little bit of an issue getting onto the recommended wifi - but that was rectified. All in all, a great location, great apartment, great hands on landlord who went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed and I will 100% be booking to go back next year.
The Resort of Puerto Banus is world famous, This Andalucia del Mar apartment is right at the centre. The night life in Puerto Banus is a 24hour affair. This apartment is a haven of peace yet five minutes walk along the beach or the street to the restaurants and bars and the very expensive yachts. Fashion is king in Puerto Banus and all the famous designer houses have outlets here where you can spend as much as you dare. For the less extravagant there is the El Corte Ingles department store where they have everything including a hypermarket. King Fahd the late king of Saudi Arabia had a holiday home nearby where on his last trip to Puerto Banus his party reputedly spent €10Million per week in this store. There is a famous Sunday Market at the bull ring near the apartment where the most amazing bargains can be snapped up. The range of items on sale is enough to cater for every taste. They even sell good quality furniture on the pavement near the apartment during the Sunday Market.

Refundable key/security deposit of GB£250/€300 will be returned on leaving the apartment in a reasonable condition and on return of the keys. This is taken as a credit card pre-authorisation.
Cot and/or high chair can be provided for EUR25 each by arrangement.
Rent is payable directly to owners bank account two months before check-in.
