Ground floor apartment with private garden within a small, quiet, secure development. Recently modernised American-style kitchen and bathroom (bath & shower). Separate WC.
Living area is fully furnished to accommodate all your needs. This includes a large futon that makes up into a full-size double bed, as well as 2 easy chairs. TV with integral DVD player. There is also a dining area with seating for 5. Baby chair & cot available. The living area opens onto a terrace (with garden furniture) and the garden itself.
The American-style kitchen has been completely refurbished and fully equipped to include an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
In the bedroom, there is a new double bed and a new single bed. Good size wardrobe.
There is a shared swimming pool and children's pool.
We are a retired couple. We have five grandchildren & two dogs. We live in the Midlands, England.

We love the area. We have been coming here for over 30 years.Situated on a golf course only 5miles to the coast,within walking distance of the Esterel hills and midway between Cannes & St Tropez
Very high quality location in landscaped grounds alongside golf course, this apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay within a short distance of lovely St Raphaël and the other Riviera resorts. We would highly recommend this accommodation and hope we will be able to return another time.
The apartment is very well designed and equipped with everything you could wish for; excellent notes provided on its features and local activities show you that this is a landlord who is concerned that tenants enjoy themselves.
We enjoyed swimming - lovely pool but many great local beaches too, golfing - on your doorstep, and walking. There is no shortage of nice local restaurants as well and St Raphael is itself very nearby by car.
We are a mature couple and I can certainly recommend this place to anyone in this category. It could equally suit a small family with one or two younger children.
If you're someone who enjoys attention to detail you'll love this apartment.

We spent two weeks here in late March and can only endorse the praise from other visitors. The apartment was excellent in terms of location, layout, garden, peace and quiet, cleanliness, etc and had everything we could want. We go to this area for the golf and walking, and have done so for a number of years because they are both of a very high standard. The walking, in the National Park which is less than a mile from the apartment, is exceptionally varied though not overly demanding. Flooding in recent years has caused some damage to paths but this does not detract unduly from a fantastic walking area. Walking maps (1/25,000) are even available from the local supermakets. I would recommend buying the Provence Golf Pass at the golf club, which gives you three rounds in a week on different courses for roughly £40/round - exceptional value. St Endreol, Roquebrune and, of course, L'Esterel running around the estate, are easily reachable, with another 15 available further afield. The owners, Lis and Alan, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the whole process of booking etc was a breeze. We just hope they'll let us go back!

Every we needed was there, a lovely sunny terrace & garden,a beautiful pool (so refreshing after a day sightseeing)
Kitchen was so well stocked with washing machine & dishwasher.
The complex was so peaceful as well.
We will come back again & have already recommended to friends.

A great apartment with everything you need and secure in gated area. Very clean, lovely pool and so quiet with a great garden to sit in. Local shop handy for fresh baguettes for breakfast at top of road (1 mile).
