A few minutes drive down the coast is the larger coastal town of Tarragona. Torredembarra has a mostly Mediterranean climate perfect for enjoying a self catering holiday at any time of the year. The Catalonia region isn’t quite as warm and dry as the south of Spain, but you can still expect temperatures in the high 20’s C in the summer. Spring and autumn are pleasantly warm, and winters are mild, dropping to an average high of around 12°C in January.
