The action in Seignosse is centred around two main areas. The first is the town centre, which is essentially a peaceful old village that is so typical of the region, with a series of quaint buildings such as the local church, and a decent selection of basic amenities to be enjoyed.
The second main area of attraction is the beach, which lies a couple of kilometres from the town and is considerably more built up than the village. This is where you will find a selection of busier bars, cafes, restaurants and even a late-hours nightclub – perfect for a fun night out after an active day or swimming, surfing and sunbathing.
Outdoor activities are a popular part of any visit to Seignosse, with a particularly good area for this being around the two lakes that lie to the north of the town centre. Low cost airlines Ryanair and easyJet both fly to this destination, with regular departures from Birmingham, Bristol, London Gatwick and London Stansted – though some of these only go at certain times of the year.
