We loved Blue Row Cottages

4 of 5
Blue Row Cottages in Swerford was perfect for our family of five. It had all the charm we were hoping for in a cottage in the Cotswolds. It also had all the amenities we needed (kitchen, television, wifi, laundry). The cottage is next door to a lovely old church. Swerford is a tiny little village, but there are lots of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, etc very close. If you can't find what you're looking for, you're not looking properly. The owners put together a great information kit for tenants, which we found really helpful. We found places to eat, places to visit, walks to do.

Cozy, beautiful cottage. Will come back!

We had an amazing stay here at Thrush Cottage. A true representation of old rural country England at it's best. The fire (as well as the heating) kept the place nice and toasty all weekend and we were never short of provisions, even good Coffee was available to get the days started. It's a short walk to a couple of nice pubs and a bridle way walk. We're already planning our next visit!

Short but sweet

4 of 5
A very pleasant stay in this cosy cottage. We arrived in late December to very cold but crisp weather which allowed us and our dogs to take some pretty walks through frosty fields. If you like horse racing, the cottage is ideally suited to view some lovely horses in their stables! My only criticism was that the heating was off when we arrived, so we were freezing until it 'kicked in'. All in all, I would recommend this cottage.
